My Disney Experience saw a steady increase in downloads throughout the quarter, starting at 78K in the first week of April and peaking at 153K in the third week of June. Weekly active users also showed an upward trend, starting at 120K and reaching 182K by mid-June before settling at 162K in the final week.
Disneyland® experienced fluctuations in downloads, with a notable peak at 115K in the third week of June. The app's active user count showed more consistency, with a progressive climb from 269K to a high of 362K in the same week, before a slight dip to 343K.
For Universal Orlando Resort, downloads were lower at the start of the quarter with 32K, but rose to a high of 77K by the end of June. Its weekly active users mirrored this pattern, starting at 133K and reaching 163K by the quarter's end.
Universal Studios Hollywood also saw growth in downloads, from 29K to 94K, with a marked increase in the last week. The active user base exhibited a significant jump from 69K to 125K in the final week, after a period of moderate growth.
Lastly, SeaWorld had the smallest number of downloads, starting at 12K but doubling to 55K by the end of Q2. The app had no recorded active users at the beginning of April, but showed an increase to 70K by the quarter’s conclusion.
